Oh right, I forgot we were talking about the Moon here lol. Shooting a planet like Saturn or Jupiter, on the other hand, feels like hell.
Holding up a cellphone to capture is really, really difficult unless you specifically make an adaptor that's fitted to the camera.
Just about any webcam will do. Remove the lens as we'll only need the CCD. Connect directly to telescope in place of an eyepiece and record.
I think you mean 1.010 m/s. One kilometer per second seems a little too fast.
