I post about at least one, though usually two, random people, places, and events in history a day. If this gets to the FP, I'll do a comprehensive history of the Roman Empire. Update: This did, in fact, get to FP. As a result, I am currently doing a series on the Roman Empire and it's history, but once that's over with, get this to FP and I'll do a series of posts on the Mongol Empire--arguably the only Empire in history to have a bigger effect than Rome.
