If it were secret info she wanted to reveal, an easily ignored line in the middle of a Tweet would not be the way to do it. If it were secret info she accidentally revealed, she's an idiot. If it's lies or ignorance, she's either trying to manipulate the populous or she's an idiot. There's not really a context in which her choices here reflect well on her.
