NYC, has a a shortage of housing causing high prices all across the greater NYC region. If you look at any house in an nyc suburb and zoom out once you’ll see multiple golf courses because there are over 500 in the region.
When I’m out with my daughter, I hate it when people give her unreasonable attention they wouldn’t give an adult. If she’s disappointed I’m ready to help her get through it and we’ll learn something together. If you give her free shit I’m just left standing there annoyed with you but have to model being grateful.
Is the ability to shit as well as piss really a necessary part of this?

I tend to think that at its most basic form, it’s a philosophy that a government is responsible for the wellbeing of its citizens. Some people would argue the government is just there to keep the peace, but I tend to think the state has a responsibility to take care of its flock.
If you’re the last one still with it, you gotta keep it - that’s just smart financial planning.
Try drawing with a thicker pen. I switched from using micron pens to drawing with a fine tip of a copic marker in light colors. It just made me not sweat the details and line quality because I couldn’t.

My mom ends every meeting with begging me to not get any more tattoos. I’m almost 40. I only have 4 tattoos.
