For me it’s a dreadful sense that something bad will happen while I am asleep, so I have to take a really powerful sleeping med sometimes just to go to sleep.

Twice a day workouts are for extreme athletes, you only have to go to the gym 3-4 times a week with a a good diet, and good diets aren’t expensive they just are boring and require time
