I did some legwork and found the teacher of the course she is talking about. He has a series of videos on the topic if anyone is interested.
It’s the sequel to Three Body Problem, which is a super great Chinese science fiction novel.
It is Chinese science fiction that is so good that the Chinese government decided to start giving out awards for science fiction.
