it's nothing fancy, but it's so good. cook the sausage, scramble some eggs, mix it together and throw in some shredded cheese. usually I make burritos out of it, but I didn't have any tortillaI'm not huge on hot sauce, but my brother gave me this one as a gift, and I discovered it's amazing on meat and egg
