It's a British aircraft... and it cost just over £1 million pounds at manufacture, £100 million with inflation. So no, not $2 trillion.
Very informative, I've always considered the battle of Britain to be the turning point of the war. Nothing beats the elegance of a Spitfire!

Our next "general election" equivalent is next year, but im going to be living elsewhere so doesn't really affect me. We don't have parties
We can't vote at all in UK elections, enough though a lot of your laws are ours by default :/ we can vote at 16 for our MP equivalents tho
Yeh, the last election seemed to be a case of "choose the least worst". I live in the isle of man so slightly different for us again.
The way I get through our waiting times is thinking about how it's free, it sort of helps a bit
Water around the Island is Manx territorial waters technically. you can tell the difference as Manx water looks blue British looks brown :P

Hi, I used separate containers to try and make it easier to transport, plus the exam board have a bit of a fetish for "modular" stuff :)
charcoal can be used instead of carbon which is more easy to get hold of. Once you've finished cooking with the wood it can go in the filter
yes charcoal would provide an alternative if placed in a kiln to open the pores
I used both purely because I didn't want to risk leaks, overly cautious most likely but eh!
That was just to prove to my teacher tbh, if this goes to the point I might be able to make it I would be a lot more scientific :P

technically you could fill the cartridge with whatever you wanted, it isnt a sealed unit and you could put a layer of your own choice in
tbh it can be used indoors or outdoors, its easy to carry assembled plus taking it apart to move is fine. I haven't broken it yet so idk :/
the more harmful stuff which is something I can consider in my evaluations :) and don't worry, I want people to ask questions :) 2/2
from what I have seen in the British market (idk about USA) they cost about double. Someone did suggest combining to get rid of some 1/2
