I like my cartoons like I like my men: in boxes
Thanks!
True, but I had a harder time finding a pun for pitcher plant
No problem
Aw man, how did that NOT occur to me!

Thanks
Thanks! I probably should have remembered what day it was before I posted this
A sand mine
Yeah, Dante combines a lot of classical characters with catholic framework. It's an interesting read, but I think mostly for it's concepts, imagination, and examples of symbolism and allegory, a lot of it is very specific political shit-talking. I read the John Ciardi translation and I thought it was pretty easy to read, even if I was constantly going back to the notes section. Thanks! Yeah, these are all mine!
Thanks a bunch! The Far Side does definitely make up a good amount of my visual language for single panel comics, all the collections I have of them have food stains from when I read them at the table as a kid
I do! Here, I'll put it in an edit
Yeah, I knew this one would be a little obscure when I made it, what it's what I could think of after Lindsey Graham died. In Dantes Inferno, King Minos judges the souls of the damned by wrapping his tail around himself for each layer of hell they have to go down. The further down you go the worse it is.
I am, though I dont post as much as I should. I'm @samheldcomics
It's an image that binds all humanity
Thanks!
