I've recently learned that non-droplet transmission is very rare. So if there's a virus in the air, and not in a droplet, nbd.
On the bright, there are lots of ways to feel less alone. Video calls, voice chat, playing games online together. Hug a pillow. Feel better
So if someone has it and coughs and DOESN'T COVER THEIR MOUTH, it's possible the virus will be in the air. Passersby can catch it from that.
The cough / sneeze droplets can travel 200 meters or more and can potentially stay in the air for hours.
