I don't pick up lasagna nor Chicago style pizza by hand, lest I look like a vampire/ghoul when I'm trying to convince everyone I'm not one. I do, however eat "regular" pizza by hand, even if I'm folding it like a taco or spiraling it, in the case of a home-made personal pie.
On one hand, it's "just" a renamed lasagna. On the other hand, lasagna is my favorite food, which means Chicago pizza/lasagna is also my favorite food.
I have some in-laws in Arkansas. I visited them two summers ago too see their entire neighborhood filled with Trump flags (about half the houses flew them, most without an American flag) and felt quite unsafe (I'm brown) . This last summer, I visited again, and all the Trump flags were gone, and I felt genuine hope.
I interpreted this as, "Everyone had a category that causes them to quit this game. This was mine. "
I remember waiting for jury duty one morning, listening to the news on the radio, when am article about this fun new thing came on. It was called Twitter, and you could post up to 140 characters about anything. Snoop Dogg (or was it Lion?) Could tell us what he had for breakfast. I could not imagine a product I could care less about.
We believe in you, little arterial clot. Do your thing!
Bessent also said if you're worried about rising cost of living, simply stop planning for retirement. Money you don't put in your 401k is money you can put in your taxes. Er, pockets.
I assume you know about this, but just in case... https://youtu.be/XPP5C__7nIU
Nobody said you have to live on Bob.
They hit her with something like three tazers, and she didn't even flinch.
Not disagreeing, just filling in details: No cop wanted to be on the receiving end of a bad shot. They're trained to avoid cross fire accidents, and this was expected to end with violence.
My wife and I have different generations of phone, so I assume that means we have different generations of the same weather app. Anyway, mine regularly predicts rain that my wife's will tell her is definitely not going to happen. Mine, like me, is pretty much always wrong.
Weird to see that Australia thing considered "news". I've been wanting to build my retirement castle in the deserts of Australia for the last 22 years over what I considered to be common knowledge.
Ceiling Cat watches you fap.
I've seen a lotta things over the years that made me ponder if I had undiagnosed ADHD, but nothing ever quite hit it on the head like this song. From self-medicating with coffee to being unable to talk on the phone without pacing, if it were just a few things like most lists, it could be that I'm quirky and hypochondriacizing, but the song is batting a thousand.
I'm partial to "You need to go to bed." I was already asleep, just let me do the thing!
Welcome back! We worried. I know I feel better knowing that you've at least landed. One step at a time, am I right? No rush, and all that jazz.
Son of a bitch! I literally just responded to my wife's text, in which she indicated yet another recall on the only foods we eat, with a picture of me eating a whole loaf of sourdough, stating, "Eating the only safe food left."
It's my interpretation (so, maybe I'm projecting) that his model doesn't presume zero economic growth so much as it downplays its importance, when none of the benefit reaches the non-rich. GDP growth as a metric has a variety of flaws, including but not limited to currency manipulation, and how the siphon goes only one way has an effect that macro-economics largely ignores.
He has a very specific pet message, but he's able to show how every single gripe we have (in "the West") about economics kinda boils down to that one specific pet message, and he says it in such a way that it's easy to digest even for people who don't have econ degrees. I do happen to have one, and I'm still a fan.
Kitana wins. Flawless victory!
I saw the lady in the video and thought, "That looks just like vudumommajuju," but it's a video, so I opened it and it was vudumommajuju, and I think maybe I spend too much time on this site.
You remind me of a babe.
I washed my car with my niece the other day. She kept asking, "Can't you use a towel like a normal person?"
It has been a minute since you updated us. I hope this means that you found your way and haven't bothered to look back. If you do look back though, we're all rooting for you.
His favorite letter is "X". As in, eX-trillionaire. He's not a trillionaire anymore.
Something something the top 10% globally is people who make $122k a year or more, not exclusively billionaires, blah blah...
This one's super tough, but you see children, there used to be creatures called birds and bees. They had wings and were vital to agriculture, which is, yes, the word for how we used to be able to eat. Now that climate change killed them all, there are no more flowers, and that's why I get the very last can of cat food.
"Don't call me that. I'm a member of Parliament, not your favorite stripper.""You could be both."
My favorite fruit is whatever happens to be in the pie. Cherry, apple, blackberry... shepherd...
