TBH, that's a myth these days. Average financial aid is $45,000 and meets 100% need. I went here on $38,000/year grant, and I am not "poor".

Software is virtually free to distribute!!!!!!!!!! why are they charging 100+ for it!!!!!!! now replace software with pharmaceuticals.

I've lived in 4 states, including NJ, PA, CA, and VA. The grass is not always greener on the other side.
For the righteousness of imgur, there seems to be a lot of generalization.
They have a new 93 inch one that is probably close to 200$, the 53 inch one is 30$ when they have it (they don't have all the time)
Computers in automatics are so good these days that the only advantage of manual is for fun. I'm amazed that people still cling to old tech.
Forgive me for my car ignorance, why is manual superior to automatic? What are the advantages of manual?

Usually PhD's are funded, unless the debt is from a masters or it is unfunded. In my opinion, unfunded PhD's are not worth it
