In Louisiana, they tried to pull a sneaky on us and write a proposition that seemed like it would ban slavery, but actually expanded it.
I guarantee that they would try to apply this law retroactively. A just system would not, but the US's is far from just these days.
They're also legally forbidden from advertising directly to folks with disabilities, iirc.

Bicentennial, the 200th anniversary of the founding of the USA. This year is the 250th anniversary in a couple days. They're comparing both.
