The 402F appears to have had a floating point add-on, but you might be right. It was a very quick estimate based on instruction speeds
Had to make a bunch of assumptions in the Elliott estimate. Could easily be out by an order of magnitude either side to be honest.
I tried to work out how much more powerful the RPi0 was than the Elliot 405 in the photo. Best guess is a few 1000x (60MFLOPs vs 7KFLOPs)
