The cost is on the tax payers. Companies use grants provided by the gov't to create and research drugs, then pocket all profits.
It's the way our brains work. We categorize and classify everything, people included. And no, it's not just a "few."
The reason for that though is because of how snooty the people who pretend to be Christian are. The darkest demons Iv known I met in church.
