There's a lot of terms in regards to computer circuitry and similar terms that is being slowly replace, but it's definitely hard to completely get people to change terms. Motherboard to Mainboard, Daughterboard to Expansion Card, Master/Slave to Primary/Secondary (yes this was a thing for HDDs), even Whitelist/Blacklist being updated to Allow List/Deny List. I'm sure there's more, this is the type of stuff I can think of off the top of my head.
And by ocean you mean the Mariana Trench.
Actually already in use. Dhaalu Airport is Dhaalu Atoll, Maldives uses DDD as their IATA code. And yes, DPA is also in use (DuPage Airport in West Chicago, Illinois). DPI is not though, so it could be Dolly Parton International.
