We took it to police just looking for assistance on clearing up the picture i know there is a program called amped 5 that will clear it up

We caught him walking out the store, he had vehicle waiting for him pit front. We couldn't get him in time.
If anyone could help it would be appreciated
We saw him at the last second he had car parked out front and couldn't reach him in time
