The sad part of the Netherlands is. We had everything covered to be able to carry the growing load. But then "Premier Lubbers" happened. He wanted to take a large part of the margin to use on other stuff. He did not succeed, but a lot of side doors where used to take large amounts. If this had not happen we could still quit at 55....
