The latter. The spice shows the navigators a vision of the future where they can see if they survived folding space and they are where they intended to be, or not. If no, they don’t go.

When she filmed that it WAS an r rated movie. It was later (post filming) toned down and adr used, but the comedic effect of the sound not matching the visuals is just perfect.
Click bait. Sounds like an off handed comment at best. The film is perfect, but went through much development troubles but came out shining. A R rated version, or one without the epilogue or any of the other changes, would be a lesser film.

One of the reasons for the rep is they joined the 2WW but were kept in training for 18 months. Can you imagine the energy that gives you to finally go do what you volunteered for and were ready to do. Like letting a hungry bear out a cage in a butchers shop.
I quite like the Peter Parker has one that clamshells. Feels wise to protect the screen given he gets knocked around a lot. But then I saw Ned with the double wide and remembered Sony made phones.
They make 3000 Cadbury cream eggs a minute. Non stop. And because of the chocolate they can store them easily for over a year, so they always have a constant stock for Easter.
Oh thr inevitable crack of skulls.
