I don't see how the dog got "punished". Discipline isn't a bad thing and shouldn't be considered that way, either.

While Australian police killed 1 for every 18 gun related homicides. Although, the rates in Australia per capita were much lower.
So, I had a hard time finding all the date, but to give a general idea, US police have killed 1 for every 14 gun-related homicides in 2012

Impeach them and have them test out their own legislation. It's perfectly legal.

All previously protected waterways can now be "leased" for use. Crown land is no more.
