Just have to do the rehab application before the visa application (even if the rehab isn't finalized) and you should be fine :>
DUIs are treated as a more serious offense in Canada. It has to do with the difference in laws and sentencing between the US/UK and Canada
US citizens can often times get a NAFTA work permit which circumvents LMIA requirements though
Canada has a process called "LMIA" (labour market impact assessment) which makes sure the employer reasonably tried to hire a Canadian first
I have a very clear memory of one of my grandpa's horses releasing a thunderous fart as he ran out to the spring pasture when I was 3
