Just following orders of others hasn’t been a defense in a long time
If you refuse to wear a mask and put people at risk for ANY reason: bad. If you convince people to not wear masks for ANY reason: BAD
Problem is when only the top sliver own the means of production, the capital, this reinvestment becomes even more wealth for the rich.
To be fair those tax laws incentivize the company to reinvest in growth as opposed to pay out dividends or other nonsense >
Military and police are super safe as a % of the total. Maybe some SF types would have a high injury %.
Some of us do want to abolish police though. Start over with something new and better.

Also there are many jobs at 25 with way more power over life and death. EMT, military officer, cop, miner, construction, just a few.
People really need to chill and learn what SC Summary Court Judges do before they get all hyped up.
Time can be divided in to minutes, seconds, milliseconds, and the space between a light turning green and a New Yorker honking.
Because it’s the only system with any money or resources.

That’s because the benefit is tied to a specific product. If you let the consumer choose where the money goes no one can increase price 1/?
Successful defined how? Most effective wage theft? Most competition eliminated? Maybe not the people who should make sweeping decisions.
Govt accountability is weighted towards the rich but at least there is some built in. Rich people doing whatever they want sounds horrible
Budgets are moral documents. If a corporation is supporting BLM with their marketing budget their true intention is for you to consume.

Yet the concerts are still full? How dare they sell tickets at a price people are willing to pay! If concerts aren’t full then it’s dumb.
IRS can barely afford to audit anyone so they focus on poorer people who can’t afford lawyers. Art donators prolly fine.
Seems like a weird example. Was there an actual boycott of anything or just some social media trending and marketing spin?
Boycotts don’t work. MLK’s bus boycott in Montgomery maybe the only one in history that succeeded.
Then we, consumers, decided we want to pay for only what we want, so that’s becoming an option.
This is how cable has always worked. Cable bundled everything together to save money and be able to provide less popular channels >
It’s hard to find people with multiple useful skill sets willing to work nonsense hours in a dangerous job for little pay. **
Baby boomers are the only generation that actually exist. There was a noticeable bump in babies post war. The rest of us are just here.
Millennial is whatever the marketing or journalist or pop psychology person needs it to be.
Every citizen in the US had the ability to make this exact same trade off. Seems fair to me. Pretty strong indicator of how messed up we are
