People leak. A lot.
Naw. It's about a minute per if you have a decent rotary hammer and know how to use your sledge, you just gottah buy more expensive bolts.
I've forgotten it twice. You get the rotary hammer and some wedge anchors and fix it. Half an hour to do it right no matter how bad it was.
