That's great for WI but not every state has these protections in place.
Maybe but as a rn I know most breakrooms are full of BS signs and inspirational quotes like this.
Seizures, withdrawal, hallucinations, PTSD, altered mental status...its a very gray area.
Like a sign is going to stop people from being nasty? They already know hospitals are short staffed and filled to the brink.
Because we legally can't threaten to sue for assault if they're our pt. I've been kicked, punched, scratched and bit.
I read this more as. "We dont care if you're burnt out or stressed. Keep working and pretend everything is okay."
Our survival skills came in handy when we would get accidental left in the woods for hours during cold mn winters. I have touch of anxiety

Like waiting hours for drunk parents to realize the sled rope broke and now 10 kids are stranded in the woods. I thought this was normal.
