Started college at 18, didn't finish until 36. There's no reason to be terrified, especially with the support of your spouse. Remember you're there to better yourself, and the 'kids' around you don't have the experience you do - you can learn from them and they can learn from you (most just don't realize it yet...)TLDR: better to try and fail than regret not trying at all
I miss Strega Nona... and now I want pasta
I can't be the only one that caught that Anael is the demon of Lust >_>
Fellow SC! Also forced to live blue in a red state, voted blue So Hard.
37yo here. As time goes on, I more and more firmly believe that the 90s was the peak.
I wish him luck, I can't wait to get out. Living blue in a red state is a fucking nightmare
Man I WISH people were being that friendly in Anderson... physically fighting at the gas pumps 2 days in and we're supposed to have another hurricane in about a week. People can be so beautiful to one another but choose to act like they're on center stage at the circus
Yep Oconee
Yooo fellow SC, it is truly a shit show around here (pun intended)
Def not too old, I started crochet at 35. Scarves are one of the easiest places to start, because it's repetitive and you can get used to the movement needed. I've undone plenty while learning as well, don't expect yourself to be perfect at "go". Look for "beginner" projects and remember to rest/stretch your hands every once in a while. Have fun!
Beautiful, and undoubtedly time consuming
Learned not long ago that my neighbors pay her to teach their 8yo girl tennis. Seems rude to ask what that costs but I'm curious AF
Only been in SC 4 yrs and literally cannot wait until in a stable place to get out. The hate here is unreal and I feel powerless against it
SC here - wish I'd seen this before 8pm but thank you for spreading the word! Agreed, let's stay ahead of it
Omg, Strega Nona! I forgot all about that book. Hit me right in my childhood
Mine does the same about his dental bone, it makes him irrationally bouncy and makes him yawn (?)
Husband and I are trying to get pregnant now, wish you all the luck. I'll get some sleep on your behalf!
You made this bed, now lie in it... cause we don't have any for you
Amen. I'm sick of it. My university's instructors obviously know how to teach remotely by now, does it hurt to wait until things are safer?
Same for me and my husband, I felt nothing while he acted like he was dying
Has such a crush on Guardian 452!
Would be right at home in The Witcher soundtrack, makes me want to play again
Having worked for them, they're a shit company run by a shit human being - Lynn Good - yes, THAT Lynn Good
Silverchair was my favorite band in the 90's, that album was such a weird turn
Same
Same for me at 33! Guess we're finally old enough to give a damn about how things are run??
Got married on Halloween too! Congrats!
Honestly, I hated when my gma fostered raccoons. We called them Mr. Hands for a reason, they get into and tear up everything.
