True. I wish more people spent time looking at the little stuff. Those little items can often have large ramifications.

It can be a pain. Does your area not send sample ballots registered if if you mail in or not?
That would be a tremendous amount of research and quite a daunting task! Well worth it though to make your voice heard.

In my area the sample ballots and voting guides are horrible. But they do help with doing my own research.
I’m thinking more of research before even going to polls. You’re right though. How annoying would it be to wait while someone researched?
True. I tend to look it up in advance to see what all will be on the ballot. Even then I’ve been surprised what is on the ballot

Is their information presented in a fairly neutral way? Just curious as that is a resource I’ve never used before.

Why couldn’t you research without a mail in ballot? That said, I’ve preached the convenience of mail in for 25 years now. Im with you there.

From a quick search this may be a gas leak at a restaurant in Al Qusais. News report said it was closed and at the time of report no injury.
Op is in California. $120k gross pay is probably around $83k take home after taxes. Many people refer to their gross pay when talking wages.
