literally just distilled water, drying the pages between blotter papers in a book press prevents them from becoming warped or wrinkled, many glues used on old books are water soluble so its the best way to gently clean and separate cover and fly pages

Fun fact for you! the 'mini moss' picture is a sporophyte... the mosses spore capsule, the little pod on the end of the stalk will pop open and release spores that grow into more little green fluffy moss plants :)

I owned a dog that was a bit of a rescue case... she was a lab mix but had been kept very isolated her whole life until i got her, I had to teacher her how to play, and she was TERRIFIED of children, I assume she'd never met little kids until i started to walk and socialize her, and then people just charge up to her and try to grab her ears and tail.... oooooooooh boy....
I now right... It boils my blood when people just let their kids tear up to and paw on peoples pets and service animals, then get all huffy when asked to back off... I always make a point of asking if i may pet...
