Problem as I understand it, is that the vaccine is only good for about 10 years. Get it too soon and your later years, when your immune system is less adaptable will be at increased risk.

Never underestimate their desire to create the perpetual poverty class that is as close as or gets to slave labor, or actual slave labor if they end up in prison.
