They came to university after some LGBTQ+ students died in a tragic house fire. They'll use every dirty trick in the book to get you to attack them because they want to sue you, it's just hate for profit. My suggestion at the time remains the same today: have all the LGBTQ+ couples you know surround them and start making out as hard as they can, block the hate with love, gross them out in the process, and make out with your SO, it's pretty much win/win.

We did surveys of people's interest in coming back, mostly because middle management said people wanted to. It was around 98% saying no, with more than half that vehemently saying no. And I still had middle managers saying "wellllll once they came in though they'd really like it, what if we got pizza?" And I really felt like I was living in a meme.

My father in law got cancer, no insurance because he just started a new job, they fired him, so we met a social worker to see options. The social worker said "your best bet is a GoFundMe, we typically think of that as the best option for people with medical needs". 54 years on earth, tax paying citizen, ended up dying in our second bedroom after selling his house to pay medical debt.
The fella should read up on the Warsaw uprising and all the help the Russian army gave.
Oh yeah, I'm a team lead and like literally everyone in my team is more important than me. My main job, really, is to advocate for them to everyone else so they understand how important they are. Any manager who is like "oh they wouldn't survive without me" is delusional.
