Only one charge was dropped, the "possession" charge. The rest are still there.

Nah, the act of showing them to you would be a crime, and this ruling doesn't change that. Also, having images of hypothetical you *specifically* would also fall under different case law and would have to be re-litigated.

The dogshit AI cover image does not help, here.

Be Criticized, yes. Suggest they need to earn your vote in The General, they've already done that one. Suggest they need to earn your vote in the Primaries, abso-fuckin-lutely.

And if the current leaders turned out to be some if it's worse members, because that choice was made before certain changes, then you are judging it by its worse members.
it's worth mentioning when you're expecting people to make a choice. The options are: demons, average humans, and "Let everyone else choose for me."

The housing bill? I suppose this was bipartisan so it probably "doesn't count." Also trying to judge democrats by republican cult behavior is an interesting idea, would you care to elaborate more on how republicans being in a cult is the democrats fault?

The fuck. "Being better is meaningless." Dude. Also, do the math. It's about 1:1 now, it was like 5:1 a few years ago. In the next few years who knows how good it'll be. Also also, judging a party by its worst members on its worst issues is an interesting tactic. You know well and good the country and its people would be much better off if the Democrats were in charge. Even the current ones!

It's an ongoing project, sure. But actively happening, in reality, right now. This "Two wings, same bird" crap is just so tiring. One party is much better, has been for decades, and is currently improving, while the other is actively getting worse every day.

Hey, what party do those 104 no votes belong to. Quick question.

I went there a few years ago. I don't believe in the supernatural, but that place came the closest. The room next to the crematorium, where they would have stacked the bodies, was the coldest place I have ever experienced, nothing like the outside.

mayhaps even more delighted to have the people that unjustly wronged you get vaporized instead.

If it's hot there's less air in it. It floats because how much less of it there is.

a job like telling the truth? Yeah. We vote in people who don't do that.

Multiple Dem governers of cities are the ones actually following through on the goals of defunding the police, expanding environmental rights, land returns, maintaining abortion rights and voting rights in spite of republican state/federal gov't, etc. You just pay attention to Mamdani because he's good at messaging. (He is also a great Governer, I wish he was mine!) Point is: The difference between the avg Dem and the avg Repub is so vast as to call them "the same coin" is misguided at best.

Right, so we have a Republican Senate forcing through an anti-trans amendment on a military budget bill, and one specific old democrat being centrist. Oh look, you called Nancy Pelosi "The Party", and held AOC outside of it. Right like I said you were doing. If Pelosi was "The Party", she wouldn't have needed to whip votes against AOC. AOC just wouldn't have had a chance in the first place.

Were you just not paying attention? https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-advances-equality-and-visibility-for-transgender
. You are definitely mixing up Don't Defend with Can't Defend. They are in the minority right now, partially because of people like you relentlessly spreading lies.

"They" implying "they all" when really that just isn't fucking true. Yeah SOME democrats are what you describe in one way or the other, but also there are many of those that aren't. Like AOC is against universal healthcare and free college? Pete Buttigieg is against increasing public transportation? You are judging the entire party by the worst aspects of each of the worst ones. ALSO re:trans Biden was the reason there were even X gender markers on passports in the first place!

Pointless Despair. The two parties are very very different. It's just that the Dems are such a massive tent that they also contain some centrist capitalists, who happen to vote in the right direction like 90% of the time. Even Fetterman votes the right way 90% of the time.

Withholding your vote does the opposite of what you want.

Pointless despair is also addictive. Be careful not to throw out evidence of Democrats NOT being the "same coin" as Republicans just because it doesn't fit your narrative.

Please look into agrivoltaics before it becomes another Nuclear power. You know, something people hate for idiot reasons even though it can be literally pure upside in many cases.

Ok, you want Dems to magically have a majority in the senate. That's what's needed to pass a War Powers Resolution. When all they need is the 40 votes to keep up a fillibuster, they've been doing it non-stop. Notice how the SAVE act is dead. Notice how the GOP have passed like 1 major bill, and that was through budget reconciliation, which isn't subject to fillibuster. You are asking them to have 51 votes. They do not have 51 votes. We need to give them 51 votes.

The GOP were in the majority at that time. Of course the majority leader can block votes.

"Just Watching" yeah one of those chuds constantly bitching that nobody ever does anything. That's the term.

They will be publishing a technical post detailing exactly how that works before the new rollout, according to them.

I think it's a metaphorical silence. The silence of not listening to anything *that needs our attention.*

You could try being correct for a change, that'd be nice.
