Let's be totally honest. I am mostly checked out on Friday anyway and only good for 5-6 hours straight anyway. You'll get the exact same amount of productivity out of me, hell maybe even more.
The this isn't really empathy is it? It's happening to them that's just normal feeling. Empathy is the ability to feel what going on with someone else, not yourself.
