Did this to my sister on her Win7 machine. Turned off her second monitor, set Win10. "Oh I was gonna update to that anyway." (1/?)
And to avoid lawsuits.
Update (solely for posterity): Lowellie died at 85, having spent 50+ years in solitude.

No, you're still entirely wrong. A gaming PC can be an RPi or a mITX PC w/ Intel gfx and a 90w picoPSU, it just depends what you're playing.
You're entirely wrong, but okay.
on parts, deal-hunt, look for good parts, etc. It saved me cash in the long run and got a modest, inexpensive, gaming/work station. (2/2)
It depends on the parts and sellers, really. Though this method isn't one I'd recommend to someone who isn't willing to do research (1/2)
Lower if you can find sellers of good used parts. I built mine for $240 and it runs games like GTAV on high, Fallout 4 on medium.

It's killing me that the last two pictures are of Johnny Depp and Kurt Cobain.
And it's going to the 4th floor of that one shady apartment complex, with elevator. Enjoy!
