Recently took a trip to Victoria. Something special, happy and peaceful about that place. Wife and I left truly wanting to move there. :)
One Costco in Utah (Orem?) was great during undergrad! Gelato and Coke products, sadly they switched to Pepsi products eventually.
Drove from Far East thru South Maui, the worst roads gave way to smooth new roads, not a car in sight, sunset, decent car. Perfect Drive. :)
Saw a F-35 demonstration at the Miramar Air Show, the guy just flew in and came to a dead stop mid air, 360 turn, then flew off.
Utah native, they don't pay nurses well (wife) and biotech is still very limited (me) so we're in CA. If that changes we may head back.

Had a bee kamikaze into my nostril the other day, there was the sweetest aroma of honey during my panicked sputtering.
I got a 40% on a final last quarter that was a huge chunk of the grade, somehow I got an A in the class. I hope someone didn't die..
I still use a 2012 Macbook Pro 13in and iPhone 6s plus, they've been excellent. No desire to buy any of their newer offerings though.

A TA was a known dick, gave me a grade to conveniently lower me from an A- to a B+, the prof gave me the A- for having to deal with that TA.

I lived in the Bay Area and now San Diego never mounted the front plate on 2 of our 3 cars. Driven by countless police never been an issue.
Starting a PhD in a few weeks, completed my Bachelors like three years ago. The "missed class/test" nightmares have already started.

I was given an MMR as a kid, going back to school I got a blood test to prove immunity, they came back negative. No idea it didn't work
