Apparently this is actually a change they made last summer. The regular statutory holidays they get fed from Timeanddate.com. These other ones they added themselves. They decided last year it was too much of a hassle to do that so they switched back to only using the timeanddate ones.
Ok:Encourage their voters to revolt. How would that be helpful? What actual support or guidance would they be providing here?Provide financial aid to states. With what money? They have no control over federal funds and no access to the kind of money that would require. Form a government in exile. This may be the weirdest one. They should all flee to another country and then… what?
The context was the clue in this case. The video showing a clearly positive experience contrasted with the comment that it seemed terrible.

Other degrees aren’t used as titles. MDs are Doctors in the professional as opposed to the academic sense. /2
Should not be based on fees. The idea of a profit motive in core health care provision seems so weird.
Our system isn’t perfect but I can’t imagine not living in a country that doesn’t see health care as a basic thing everyone needs and /2
