Spotify had it up for a while, per the article. And the still have the other song he posted glorifying hitler.

“The presence of the song on Spotify prompted a petition campaign from the Anti-Defamation League calling for its removal. … [the ADL] said Spotify didn’t respond to their outreach, but appears to have removed the song. “WW3,” which contains lyrics glorifying Nazis, is still up on the platform. But some users have circumvented Spotify’s removal of the song, uploading it to Spotify’s podcast section or uploading re-recorded cover versions of the song.

Apparently this is actually a change they made last summer. The regular statutory holidays they get fed from Timeanddate.com. These other ones they added themselves. They decided last year it was too much of a hassle to do that so they switched back to only using the timeanddate ones.

Ok:
Encourage their voters to revolt. How would that be helpful? What actual support or guidance would they be providing here?

Provide financial aid to states. With what money? They have no control over federal funds and no access to the kind of money that would require.

Form a government in exile. This may be the weirdest one. They should all flee to another country and then… what?

The context was the clue in this case. The video showing a clearly positive experience contrasted with the comment that it seemed terrible.

Their fiduciary duty is to act in the best interest of the corporation and stakeholders. Unfortunately compensation structures most often reward short term share price increases over long term sustainability.

Despite what many executives and Directors seem to believe, they are absolutely not.Although the obligation to act in the best interest of stakeholders as opposed to just shareholders is clearer in other countries, it is true in the US as well:
“To be clear, Delaware law does not enshrine a principle of shareholder primacy or preclude a board of directors from considering the interests of other stakeholders. Nor does the law of any other state.”

Don’t you mean, if that’s wrong then there’s definitely definitely definitely no logic?

Eh? They can unless there is a global pandemic that is mismanaged to the point that they have to forego half their family income for a year.

Well maybe it would be fairer to just give all players a few spaces to add designations or other notes. Maybe an extra row instead?

True. But MD is the post-nominal used for the professional designation.

Other professional designations would apply. So if there any CPAs...

Other degrees aren’t used as titles. MDs are Doctors in the professional as opposed to the academic sense. /2

Should not be based on fees. The idea of a profit motive in core health care provision seems so weird.

Our system isn’t perfect but I can’t imagine not living in a country that doesn’t see health care as a basic thing everyone needs and /2
