They made a comparative fortune of 50-60 dollars a night after food costs. I said fortune in jest.
It was a volunteer fundraiser to have events/funds for the dorms to do fun things. Labor was free. Food costs >20 dollars.
My college dorm used to sell these exact sandwiches in their lobby at the same price point. Made a fortune.
I’m sure it is chickpeas blended with vanilla, a small amount of salt, and honey tastes surprisingly similar to cookie dough.

I worked as a maintenance worker for two summers in college and it was one of the most interesting jobs I have ever had.
