Damn I wish I had that tolerance. My body doesn't absorb as much or I'm not as affected in general. I took 800mg and was functional.
Pretty sure as long as there's 50 it should be fine. 500 is a better target number though.
When I worked in retail if I saw them once a week I'd consider them a regular.
