LEGO is licensing the IP from Warner Bros, as the sets are made based on the movies. JKR probably gets a percentage, but that comes with a minimal guarantee, so no matter if people buy LEGO sets or not, the residuals are flowing. And those royalties are mixed with the movie rights and now the tv rights. You're just torturing yourself pointlessly, or saving money in a smart way.
