I wish you luck, my wife and I have been heavily involved since 2014. We just had a baby and now I’ve got no fight left in me. I feel bad about it, but right now I just feel the need to keep my head down and this baby alive.
I’ve pulled my child from daycare and joined a well vetted nanny share. These random parents just can’t be trusted.
I’ve been there and I picked the bad boss. Worst professional mistake I made, set me back 4 years in my career. My advice is to pick a good manager and an average job over a bad manager and a good job.
This was always an issue for me until I had septoplasty to correct my deviated septum. It was a life changing surgery.
