Someone living in a property means more visits to nearby restaurants and businesses. Empty properties are a drain on the local economy.

How far are you willing to drive? I know you can rent Kayaks on Kabetogama near the Canadian border, and it's BEAUTIFUL there.
Theoretically, over easy eggs are undercooked. In practice, good luck finding any with salmonella in them.
It's possible for the salmonella to be IN the egg, it's just ridiculously rare to the point of not really needing to worry about it.
