A couple decades ago it was all the rage to build computers that ran completely submerged in chilled mineral oil. Mineral oil is dielectric and can be chilled well below the freezing point of water. Worked great unless you sprung a leak, wanted to do an upgrade, wanted to move the tower, or if you ever wanted to use the parts for any other computer.
Not a problem, I don’t have a car. 🤷🏾♂️
