Either it's a dude going into stores and recording people while asking them about doing drugs ... in which case I really dislike him even though the bad situation turned around ... or maybe it's all staged and a guy that wants to try on a dress and show us but feels he needs a dumb story to explain it. Either way I got zero good feelings from this.
To hopefully, in some small way, discourage more of the same.
Not saying this is real, but if you're planning at TV high on the wall then you put an outlet high on the wall.
