Its a progressive buildup to a lifestyle change. You have to allow yourself to get used to it and learn how to get pleasure out of it.
The important part for like the first month or so is to build the habit and get, some wins that make you want to challange yourself more.
You may need to lower the bar a bit more for yourself in the beginging. Set goals that can be achived easily in the beginning so that you go
