Keep it up man. Mine was a mix of depression and just not knowing how to eat healthy. I was skinny in high school and didn’t know i couldn’t still eat the same way after i graduated. But it sounds like you’re doing great. It’s hard but stay on track. You’ll feel much better

This is a good mindset to have. I was 280 and I’d given up and accepted it. I lost a little weight, joined the army, got out and now I’ve kept it off at 180. It’s not healthy and it limits the activities you can do, how people treat you and your dating pool. Nobody needs that much fat. Just tells me you don’t care about yourself or your health.
I have a 07 Camry and love it. Doesn’t help with my outdoor adventures though :/
A Phillips head is a terrible fucking design though. I’m pretty sure they’d be using torx if anything.
