Or just a general case of poor face recognising. I have cases when I talk to someone and the next day I completely forget I talked to them (I can remmber I talked whit someone and the topic but everything else nope) it can take weeks before a face sticks to me (yes some of that is just me been crap whit organisation).

nono thats the same thing as in GTA 3 and Vice city. cops dont care about what anyone does exept the player (minus when the game code them to care but thats not as much as them doing a crime action and more spawn them in set as hostile to cops or something like that).
to be fair on GTA... the game in general NPC can´t get wanted stars. one because the game have like zero clue who is attacking who when it comes to random generated. becuase if it did then cops would fire 1 shot get wanted star and then cops would shot at each other. (NPC that are running from cops that you can attack they are special coded and even that is finicky as heck in if it works)

Sorry having no clue about that movie but if I wrotten it as comedy I would write it whit the whole plot been someone yelling at the main character go fuck yourself. and the hero going I will and then cut to them spending how long making a time machine (1 week or so) traveling back 1 week and then having sex off screen whit themself.... the rest of the movie is just dodging time cops and grandma paradoxes for 9 month.
I mean most program can probebly make one in 5 min but 40 mins is for checking its sane and not doing something stupid or result in something stupid like tabbing when the computer is in active use.

I think many take shower... they just shower the normal time they usually do when they will just stay at home or something (its fine) but slightly to short. They also think its 10 degreee or more colder(clothing) then its in reality and they dont use and axe on roll on or what its now called men use because lets now drown peaple in perfume like the ladies does from time (im not allergic but dear lord I should not start to coughs from all that perfume/cologne like did you use a whole bottle)
