...wut. Chili powder is the base ingredient to chili spices. It's in the name. That's followed by cumin and coriander; maybe some salt and black pepper. You use the herb, oregano and maybe bay. Without dried chili this is just a vegetable turkey medley. Not saying it's not tasty, but like my grandma used to say, " that ain't f****** chilly "

Without the flap birds and rodents bring in nesting material. With the flap, if it's not cleaned, lint can gather. Both situations are fire hazards.
