With the white on the end of the puppy tail i understand why you would not see it at time. (I'm old and half blind)
How do you get a dog that excited into a life jacket?
Bonus points if you are pregnant at the time.
Or live in the country where they don't care.
Funny thing, I looked this up cause my kids kept asking. My state you have to be over 18, with a full truck and not on the highway...
My mom has one daughter and one son. Tells me I am her favorite daughter all the time. I secretly love it.
You do have to love immediate repercussion for stupidity!

I went through the exact same thing 4 years ago. Stay strong. I know it is tough now but when you look back it is a good feeling to know 1/3
