15 years ago I was in the ER with what turned out to be my first panic attack. A very kind ER doctor gave me some tips including letting an ice cube melt in your hand and focusing on that feeling. It doesn’t work every time but when it works it’s almost immediate in diminishing the attack. Sending positive vibes.

My husband did FOLFIRINOX for stage 3 (turned out to be stage 4) colorectal cancer. It’s one more drug than FOLFIRI and was super effective. His oncologist originally had him slated for FOLFIRI but we got a second opinion at a research center (we actually got many opinions) and recommended adding the fourth drug. 2 years, 3 surgeries and bunch of treatments later and he was finally told he’s in remission last month. Good luck with your treatment, you got this.
