Thanks. I try to vary my cooking. My granny canned and I loved it, so I do it. You can get the best meats and vegs in wet markets here.

So basically you just create a brine with 1pt vinegar 1pts water sugar salt and let begs soak then jar. Adjust seasoning according to liking
There are tons online. These are not true pickles tho. They are just jarred in a brine and left in the fridge.True pickles takes much longer
