From a logic perspective, no that is now what they're saying. They're saying that 30-40% are bigots AND they vote. So the other 60-70 could also contain some bigots that don't vote or people that don't vote and are not bigoted. Then we have the people that do vote and aren't bigoted in that group as well.

ignoring the whole human years to dog years napkin math thing, puberty for dogs is 8 months to 2 years in age. So from that perspective, it's a teenager. They're going through rapid physical and mental development which makes them a pain in the ass but it's an important time to get training and socialization right while being understanding of what they're going through.
I take issue with this using a pipe organ for the visual and a harpsicord for the story.
I want a refund. Some of these are sea lions.

Rather than doxxing myself, I can say they are fostered through rrus.org. The rescue doesn't let people apply for specific dogs because they try to match applications for the dog that fit the lifestyle the person describes.
