A standard competition bar at 20kg/45lb plus 3 full size 45lb plates on EACH side of the bar is 315lb ... that converts to "a whole shitload" of weight especially when you do the weight-lifted vs body-weight percentage. Good on her! Hell yeah
Its just protocol for comps. Olivias fail/weight dump is proper. This is also why anybody with long hair needs to have it up in a bun because when you need to properly dump the bar like this, you dont want to get youe hair caught.

Thats a regular 5ft8in dude at 200lb repping 405lb (4 full size plates on EACH SIDE plus the bar) and just going hard as a mf'er

Just went to the newest one in Houston. It was pretty cool. Kinda confusing and overwhelming, it was a lot. Would probably trigger a bad trip if you decided to try it under the influence (of anything)
